Eber Infrastructures is currently executing the roofing works for the CapitalLand Bridge Walkway at ITPB (International Tech Park Bangalore), one of India’s most prominent IT campuses. Covering 700 sq. m., this walkway will connect key facilities within the IT park, making it a high-footfall, high-visibility project used daily by thousands of IT professionals.

The project demands precision engineering due to its urban location — not only must the roofing system withstand heavy footfall above and traffic movement below, but it also requires a complex gutter system and drainage detailing to ensure seamless performance under Bangalore’s monsoon conditions.

Partnering with URC as contractor and with ITPB / CapitalLand as the client, this project highlights Eber’s ability to handle technically demanding urban infrastructure works where functionality, durability, and visual integration are equally important.

Once completed, the CapitalLand Bridge will stand as a landmark pedestrian connector in Bangalore’s IT corridor, showcasing Eber’s expertise in roofing solutions for public-use and high-traffic environments.
