Eber Infrastructures is currently executing a rooftop structure + roofing project for Pinnacle Co-Working Office Space in Bangalore, part of a modern IT park development. The project involves a 45-tonne steel structure combined with Kalzip aluminium roofing, spanning 1,100 sq. m., to create a canteen and collaborative workspace on the terrace level.

One of the most challenging aspects of this project has been the operational execution — safely lifting and installing massive steel beams and roofing materials at height, within the tight constraints of an active IT park. Our team has carefully coordinated logistics, precision lifting, and on-site assembly to ensure safety, efficiency, and structural integrity throughout.

Once completed, the project will stand tall as a landmark rooftop facility, reflecting Eber’s ability to take on technically demanding urban projects where both engineering expertise and flawless operations are critical.
