This project at Sai Life Sciences, Hyderabad, is one of Eber Infrastructures’ most comprehensive and human-centric works — seamlessly combining structural engineering, premium roofing, skylights, and soffits into a single integrated solution.

The client’s vision was to create a space where employees could recharge and find relief from stress, by integrating natural elements such as daylight and ventilation into the built form. Eber translated this ideology into reality with a Kalzip aluminium roofing system, complemented by Danpalon skylights that bring in abundant natural light while ensuring energy efficiency.

Beyond functionality, this project embodies sustainability and employee well-being — merging engineering precision with architectural intent to create a workplace that balances performance and comfort.
